Over the course of just three acupuncture treatments, I was able to recover much of my ability to fall asleep and rest deeply through the night. Before I came to Prajna, I was having persistent insomnia. Because I was unable to fall asleep, I was taking ambien, and those sleeping pills were making me feel sluggish and depleted. I was in a downward spiral and not hopeful about recovering my natural ability to sleep at night. I turned to Prajna for help.
