Qigong is a gentle style of exercise intended to promote health, well-being, and longevity by enhancing the flow of qi (life-force energy). Qigong is the oldest of Chinese medicine’s five branches: acupuncture, herbology, massage, dietary therapy, and qigong. One of many forms of qigong, Wild Goose qigong has been practiced for 1,700 years. Its two choreographed sets of 64 graceful movements mimic the motions of wild geese.
At Energy Matters we offer a 16-week First Set class and a 20-week Second Set class, as well as an Energy Matters exclusive - our 8-week Further Qi Explorations for 1st set graduates.
